If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact us by email or from our contact page so that we can process the return claim.

All we ask is that you send the products back to us (postage at buyer’s expense) With the original undamaged packaging. Please do not send the item back until we have confirmed the return address. The sender is responsible for the package until received.

Upon receiving the returned item/s from you, a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage cost) will be processed, usually within 24 hours.

Please note: If you purchased a product with free shipping, an additional cost of $12 for quantity under 8, and $18 for quantity 9 to 13 will be charged to cover the initial purchase postage costs. Please enquire for larger orders (smoke alarms only).

2 Years Warranty

A limited warranty against defects is provided in addition to consumer guarantees and does not replace or limit your statutory rights.

Wireless Interconnected Photoelectric Smoke Alarms offers a non-transferable warranty to the original purchaser that each new smoke alarm to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a period of 2 years, from date of original purchase. Please retain the original sales invoice from us to present as proof of purchase with any warranty claim.

The smoke alarm must be returned at the buyer’s expense and will be either repaired or replaced if it is deemed by us to be defective under these outlined terms and conditions, postage will be refunded when deemed defective.

The warranty will become void due to any tampering or modifications to the smoke alarm, neglect of cleaning or maintenance, physical damage or misuse. The warranty does not extend to damage caused to the smoke alarm by rain, flood, fire, earthquake or any other natural causes or acts of nature.

In no event does liability extend beyond the original purchase price of the product, and company is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from breach of this or any other warranty, express or implied.

If a device is deemed faulty, please follow the steps below:

  • Follow the troubleshooting guide in the instruction manual supplied with the product
  • If the device is still faulty, contact the product support team via the below contact form
  • The support team may ask some troubleshooting questions to gain some more information on the product issue
  • If a resolution is not found, the support team will supply information to send the product back for inspection
  • The product will be inspected, and a refund or exchange will be provided if the product has failed
